Exchange/Return Policy

We stand behind all the products that we sell! Your satisfaction comes first, if you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’re here to help! We’ll try to make the process as easy as possible.

We understand that for customers, purchasing dates, dry fruits and such things online is always a great risk, with so many qualities out there and no way to check the freshness of a product before purchasing. We, at Al Safa, stand behind our products and customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. If, for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the products do not meet your expectations, feel free to return them. All you have to do is ask the rider to wait outside, check the quality of the dates/dry fruits. You are also allowed to taste one piece. If you feel the quality is not up to mark, just return your order to the rider and only pay him his delivery charges.

Any product can be returned/exchanged within 24 hours of purchasing.

For Zamzam bottles and honey, once the box or seal is opened, we will not be able to return/exchange it. So contact us before opening the seal if you need to exchange.

Payment for shipping will be charged for the exchanged product.
